Role: Operations Support Specialist

Monthly Rate: $650-750

Availability: 20 hours/week

Time Zone: Flexible hours

2️⃣ Coconut VA Profile (Resume) – Before submitting your application, please create your Coconut VA profile using this template: Coconut VA Profile Template. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ YOUR RESUME MUST FOLLOW THIS FORMAT AND SHOULD BE IN ENGLISH. This is a test of how keen you are with details and how well you follow instructions. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Important: By submitting your video, you grant Coconut permission to share it on our platforms to help increase your chances of being matched with a client. Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.

Requirements:
Experience Needed:

-Research each vendor in the existing list of ~142 vendors

-Determine and document vendor details in the vendor risk database

-Use basic internet research to locate required information

-Use email and/or phone to contact vendors for missing information

-Use the AI assistant within the security tool to complete initial assessments, then review and complete remaining questions

-Determine and record the risk level for each vendor

-Collect and upload/request supporting compliance/security documents where available

-Apply logical judgment to figure out where and how to find required info

Good to have:

-Preferred (not required): Audit/compliance background

-Familiarity with vendor risk or security questionnaires

Non-negotiable Requirements:

-Strong communication skills

-At least neutral accent (comfortable with Filipino accent)

-Highly organized and strong in data management

-Must be able to perform basic internet research effectively

Industry/Tools Experience:

- Vendor risk/security compliance tool

- RingCentral phone line

- Google Meet for any necessary calls

- Gmail
