As an Operations Support Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the smooth running of daily operations across 13 public conveniences (7 in Stratford town centre and 6 across the wider district). Working closely with Supervisors and the Operations/Business Manager, you’ll help ensure our service is delivered safely, efficiently, and to contract standards.

• Ensure services are delivered on time, to specification, and in line with KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify and implement improvements to routes, efficiency and service delivery.
• Liaise with depot teams, colleagues and the customer to maintain smooth operations.
• Champion safe and compliant working practices, monitoring standards through CCTV, tracking and site checks.
• Ensure correct PPE is worn and support investigations into any safety or procedural breaches.
• Build positive customer relationships through clear and timely communication.
• Support and motivate Cleaning Operatives, recognising performance and promoting high standards in line with our values of Teamwork, Fairness and Respect.
What you'll Need
• A full UK driving licence (shared use of a van provided).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to support a busy operational environment.
• Confidence working with people, monitoring standards, and giving clear guidance.
• A commitment to safety, service quality, and our values.
