Operations Support Agent

Schedule Availability

Morning Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (alternating Fridays)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries while optimizing routes and ensuring on-time performance.
• Monitor shipment progress, driver activity, and operational updates using internal systems and tracking tools.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate shipment data and update load information in internal systems and customer portals.
• Adjust routes and plans based on operational needs, traffic conditions, and business priorities.
• Monitor operations in real-time to identify and escalate any irregularities, incidents, or risks.
• Support incident reporting and collaborate with internal teams to address operational or safety-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and workplace policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:
• College diploma or University Degree.
• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations preferred
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using tracking systems, communication tools, and operational software
• High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
