Operations Specialist (DE, FR, EN)

IN SHORT:
Do you speak multiple languages, have a knack for logistics, and always keep track of everything? Join FELFEL’s dispatcher team as an Operations Specialist (80-100%) in either Zurich Wiedikon or Lausanne Flon, and help us elevate our operational excellence!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure high-quality service and a smooth operational experience by consistently monitoring our service standards to keep customer satisfaction as a top priority.
• Communicate effectively with our third-party logistics partners and multilingual drivers across various channels, acting quickly while maintaining a clear overview.
• Act as a key point of contact for operational supply chain processes, driving efficient organization, oversight, and proactive issue resolution.
• Coordinate closely with our customer service and hardware teams to resolve any challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and proactively contribute ideas to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Take ownership of defined operational topics and guarantee their reliable end-to-end execution.

YOUR PROFILE:
• 2-5 years of professional experience in an operational, logistics, or coordination role.
• Strong ability to communicate and coordinate across a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders as a dedicated team player.
• Exceptional eye for detail with a natural talent for multitasking and seamless organization.
• Highly motivated mindset with a solution-oriented approach, even when facing complex challenges.
• Fluency in German, French, and English (additional languages are a strong plus).
• Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
• Valid work permit or Swiss passport.
