Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting with all operation support services in a safe and secure manner to avoid disruption to Operations activities.
Principal Accountabilities
Assist the Operations Management team with achievement of its business goals
Assist the Operations Management team in the implementation of operational initiatives in compliance with standard operating procedures.
Proactively assist with the delivery of Operational Excellence Strategic objective.
Participate in the regular department reviews, including safety meetings, tool box talks, walk the floor activities, etc.
Assist with the monitoring of operations departmental KPIs
2. Assist the Operations Management Team to ensure robust internal controls of the rental management system.
Assist the Operations Management team to ensure continuous improvement in quality of equipment delivered to customers.
Assist Operations Management team to reduce turnaround time in the preparation, dispatching and delivering of equipment to customers.
3. Assist the Operations Management Team to ensure the improvement of operational service, in areas such as preparation, delivery of product and services to customers
Receiving and dispatching Units
Washing and Cleaning Equipment
Tag hub update
4. Assist with proper inventory management practices to optimize operations equipment supply
Take stock to determine inventory level to ensure effective max/min stock and maintain computer system for stock issues and receipts.
Place requisitions for suppliers and advise purchasing for requisitions.
Verify receipts of suppliers and update computer system.
5. Support the Promotion of high level of safety awareness & improving safety performance within areas of responsibility.
6. Assist the Operations Management Team with liaising with key customers, where necessary.
7. Demonstrate understanding of processes at work in area of responsibility, engage with process improvements where identified & monitor results.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of university degree.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role
Management & Implementation of HSE initiatives/processes.
Familiar with KPI’s required to demonstrate/improve operational performance.
Understanding of the rental business within the offshore oil & gas industry.
Experience of process management in CCU rental business or similar industry experience.
HSE Responsibilities
Lead/Participate in area safety incident investigations, within area of responsibility.
Stop work by challenging and stopping unsafe acts and behaviours or unsafe conditions.
Comply with standard operating procedures defined in responsibilities above, and company STOP WORK system.
