The Opportunity

BuildCam is looking for an Operations & Scheduling Support team member to help coordinate the moving parts behind our growing national operations. This role is all about keeping scheduling on track; ensuring stock, installers, branches, fleet and lead times are aligned so our installations run efficiently and without disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm lead times prior to scheduling jobs
• Validate stock availability for upcoming installation runs
• Check installer capacity before jobs are allocated
• Coordinate with branches to ensure operational readiness
• Flag stock issues that may impact scheduling timelines
• Liaise with fleet, branches and installers regarding upcoming leave, vehicle maintenance or availability
• Monitor installer reporting to ensure jobs and reports are synced and completed
• Coordinate lost or damaged equipment, including reworks or write-offs
• Assist with planning and organising installation runs
• Confirm schedules with installers and branch managers
• Produce logical run plans that maximise truck capacity and operational efficiency

 

About you

Ideally, you will come from a background in scheduling, rostering, logistics coordination or operations support, and be comfortable working with field-based teams.

 

To succeed in this role you will be:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and locations
• Proactive in identifying issues before they impact scheduling
• A clear communicator who can work with installers, branches and internal teams
• Confident using systems, reports and operational data
