We’re Hiring: Operational Modeling & Simulation Analyst – Government Contractor Role

Do you have a passion for simulation development, operational analysis, and working directly with DoD and Intelligence Community stakeholders? We’re looking for talented individuals to support high-impact missions and bring modeling and simulation expertise to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, adapt, and execute high-fidelity scenarios using AFSIM and other simulation frameworks.

Support mission-level analysis for the U.S. Air Force Global Strike mission at SMAC.

Collaborate on projects involving military aircraft systems or air defense operations.

Work with tools like Python, Visual Studio and Gitlab with a preference for candidates comfortable in Linux environments.

Configure digital representations of complex military systems to support operational utility, asset vulnerability, system integration, and concept of operations assessments within a synthetic simulation environment.

Work with domain experts to understand the nuances of specific systems (or classes of systems) and use abstraction techniques to model them at the mission-level.

Assemble known information when available and use engineering judgement to fill in the blanks to represent real world hardware, software, or processes used in military operations

Position Details:

Full-Time with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits

Location: Barksdale AFB, LA (CONUS/OCONUS travel required)

What We’re Looking For:

B.S. in engineering, physics, math, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience in air defense, AFSIM, or mission-level modeling and analysis

Familiarity with DoD operational planning and simulation tools

Excellent technical communication and documentation skills

Active TS/SCI clearance required

Experience with Python and Linux a plus

Familiarity with the AFSIM community and know where to find data/POCs if needed
