Operations Packer

Hello Chef is a fast-growing meal subscription company based in Dubai. Every week, we prepare and pack thousands of recipe boxes for families across the UAE.

We’re looking for reliable Operations Packers to join our production team. You may work in recipe boxing or delivery boxing.

Shift assignment (day or night) may change based on business needs. This is hands-on, physical work in a food production environment. Accuracy, hygiene, and teamwork are at the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Do

Pack items according to clear instructions

Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

Use basic digital systems to follow packing instructions

Work with your team to complete daily targets

Maintain a clean and organised workstation

What We're Looking For

Experience in kitchen, warehouse, food production, or packing work preferred

Intermediate English (spoken and written) — must be able to follow instructions

Good attendance and punctuality

Comfortable standing and working for long hours

Currently based in the UAE

Someone comfortable working day or night shift

Important

Shift may be day or night, depending on business needs

A paid trial day is required before hiring
