Job Overview:
Are you the kind of person who thrives on variety, adapts quickly, and enjoys wearing many hats? We’re looking for a dynamic Operations & Marketing Assistant to support a UK-based business with day-to-day admin, marketing coordination, executive assistance, and recruitment support. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-moving company, where no two days are the same, and your impact is felt across multiple departments.
You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team that values initiative, problem-solving, and versatility. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and have a knack for juggling multiple priorities – we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive-level administrative support, including inbox and calendar management.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist in marketing tasks such as social media scheduling, content editing, and campaign tracking.
• Support recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and basic performance dashboards.
• Manage and maintain documentation, records, and digital filing systems.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and bring order to chaos with calm efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 2+ years’ experience in a hybrid role covering admin, marketing, or recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Zoom, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritise effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• A reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection are essential.
• Experience supporting UK clients or international teams is a plus.
