Job Overview:

The Legal Operations Manager oversees operations of the Fulfillment team in our Phoenix office, ensuring legal documents are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. This role is responsible for coordinating workflows, supervising staff, and maintaining operational processes that support timely service delivery. The Legal Operations Manager partners with leadership and internal teams to monitor operational performance, maintain service quality, and support continuous improvements in fulfillment operations. This position is located in our Phoenix office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Phoenix fulfillment team and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule

• Coordinate team workflows and manage task distribution to support timely processing of legal service documents

• Monitor operational activity and address workflow issues as they arise

• Supervise and support team members, including training, coaching, and performance feedback

• Track team productivity and assist with basic operational reporting for leadership

• Communicate operational priorities, updates, and scheduling needs to the team

Qualifications:

• Typically, 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in the Legal industry preferred

Starting Pay: $68,000 to $82,000

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Onsite in our Phoenix, Arizona Office
