Founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by the French couple Delphine Lefay and Diego Dultzin Lacoste, OnTheList is Asia’s first members-only flash sales concept. OnTheList works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to our OnTheList members. Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 5,200 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.3 million members across all regions. We’ve since expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Thailand, and Dubai. 

 

Sustainability is rooted in who we are and motivates us to continue our mission. To date, we have saved over 8.2 million items from ending up in landfills. Operations Manager – Omnichannel 

 

We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel & Operations Manager to lead and coordinate both our offline flash sale events and our online operations in Thailand. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring seamless operations, high customer satisfaction, and strong brand partner relationships. The ideal candidate has solid retail/e-commerce experience, proven leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 

 

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH: 

Offline Operations 

Manage stock arrival and departure to ensure smooth operations and optimal cost control (inbound & outbound logistics). 

Oversee all aspects of flash sale execution, from event set-up to dismantling, ensuring alignment with brand standards. 

Supervise and guide temporary staff/part-timers in their daily tasks, providing clear instructions and maintaining high operational standards. 

Monitor the POS system and coordinate with regional IT teams to troubleshoot or enhance systems when needed. 

Assist in preparing sales reports and post-event materials for both brand partners and internal stakeholders. 

 

Online & Omnichannel Operations 

Oversee daily online sales operations, including product uploads, stock management, and coordination with logistics providers. 

Ensure smooth customer journey across channels, from registration and payment to delivery and after-sales service. 

Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure campaigns and promotions are well-executed and aligned with inventory. 

Support the development of omnichannel strategies (e.g., offline-to-online initiatives, cross-channel customer engagement). 

Monitor customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement of operational processes. 

 

Leadership & Management 

Lead and develop a small full-time team and temporary event staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture. 

Liaise with brand partners, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 

Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen customer experience. 

Act as a problem-solver and decision-maker during both planned operations and unexpected challenges. 

 

 

WHAT IT TAKES

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field. 

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail operations, e-commerce, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 

Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven ability to supervise and motivate teams. 

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. 

Strong communication skills in English and Thai (both written and spoken). 

Experience with POS systems, online platforms, and logistics coordination. 

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
