We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Operations Manager (Logistics & Devices) to join our Customer Success at our office in Berlin. Join us in building the largest AI enabled fintech for healthcare!
You will work on our payment products, be responsible for developing new and scalable payment solutions in the Health Tech space. You will regularly engage with executive leadership and collaborate with engineering and business teams to define the international product strategy, build the product roadmap, and lead its execution. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll be expected to lead both strategically and tactically - diving deep into business and technical domains to drive results day-to-day.

Joining us, you will
• Own our end-to-end hardware and device operations - from ordering and configuration to shipping, tracking, and lifecycle management of microphones, tablets, card terminals, and internal equipment.
• Coordinate the setup, maintenance, repairs, replacements, and quality checks of all customer and internal devices to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
• Run and continuously improve our microphone rental system, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and an excellent customer experience.
• Prepare, pack, ship, and track outgoing and incoming parcels, managing returns and exchanges for both customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with logistics and shipping partners to guarantee timely and reliable deliveries.
• Continuously optimize our packaging processes and shipping experience, enhancing quality, efficiency, and brand perception.
• Manage office logistics and supplies, including packaging materials, printers, and consumables, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Own the end-to-end printing process, including preparation, shipment coordination, and tracking.
• Ensure seamless operational workflows across hardware, logistics, and office management.
What you'll bring
• A hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Technical affinity and confidence working with hardware and digital tools, including computers, printers, mobile devices, and software systems.
• A structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact directly with our partner practices in German - clear, professional, and solution-oriented.
• Comfort using Google Workspace and other digital tools to coordinate, document, and track processes.
• Physical readiness and willingness to organize, transport, and handle hardware devices and parcels as part of daily operations.
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Experience in logistics, retail, office management, or operational roles is a plus, but not required.
