The Fulfillment Center operations team is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused performance across all warehouse activities. We drive excellence in inbound, outbound, inventory, and process control to deliver customer satisfaction while enabling sustainable scalability.
Role Overview
As Operations Manager, you will lead one of the core shifts within the fulfillment center, managing a team of Area Managers and associates. You will own shift-level performance across safety, quality, productivity, and cost. You will ensure operational readiness, develop leadership talent, and embed a culture of continuous improvement to support scalability and customer satisfaction.
What we expect from you
• Owns shift-level operational performance across safety, quality, productivity, and labor management.
• Leads a team of Area Managers and associates, ensuring staffing, skills, and development for peak readiness.
• Partners with cross-functional teams (Operational Excellence, Automation, HR, Finance, IT, Transportation) to solve operational challenges.
• Provides input to long-term capacity planning and workforce development.
• Oversees workflow planning, labor allocation, and compliance with safety and labor regulations.
• Monitors and analyzes KPIs, driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Fosters a culture of engagement, accountability, and leadership development.
What we look for
• High school leaving exam or higher education.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
• Proven people leadership experience, managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
• English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
