A flourishing and well-focused school around Ogba-Agege asis of LagosState requires the services of a school’s Operations Manager who will utilize leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills in promoting the educational development of each pupil.
• Minimum of masters degree in educational management/administration/curriculum and instruction/early childhood education.
• Registered by TRCN.
• Demonstrated and tested ability to exercise the responsibility allocated to the school head.
• A minimum of 5 years previous administrative experience.
• Initiates, plan, direct coordinate and oversee the academic and co-curricular programmes and polices to meet specific needs of the school.
• Assumes responsibilities within the overall scope of the position which the board may assign.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and management skills.
• Excellent communication skill (written and verbal) and effective public speaking skills.
• High organizational ability.
• Confidence, professionalism and creativity.
