Operations Manager/Facilities Manager - Inverclyde, Scotland
A rapidly expanding property management company is looking for an Operations Manager to join them at a shopping centre in Inverclyde.
The business is going through positive change and growth, so you will be joining a very ambitious and motivated culture. The property is a key for its local demographic and a popular location for families and couples and hosts a range of events through the years.
You will:
• Deliver excellent facilities services and customer experience
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations at all times
• Oversee health and safety
• Maintain effective relationships with tenants
• Manage the budget effectively
You are:
• An Operations Manager, Facilities Manager or Contracts Manager
• Ideally working in Shopping Centres or Retail, or with relevant experience in a similar sector
• Experienced in contractor management
• An effective communicator with the ability to engage with different people
• IOSH or NEBOSH is desirable
