As Operations Manager Central Europe, you will take full ownership of warehouse and logistics performance across the region — ensuring every customer receives the reliable, high-quality delivery experience that defines PERGOLUX. You’ll lead with precision and impact: managing teams, optimizing processes, and partnering closely with carriers and HQ to keep operations running smoothly at scale. This role requires you to be able to frequently travel to Fulda (Warehouse) and Frankfurt (Office). What You’ll Do

Take full ownership of daily warehouse and logistics operations across Central European markets, ensuring reliable, high-performance execution.
Lead and optimize all aspects of warehouse management, including workforce allocation, layout design, space utilization, and health & safety standards.
Monitor key performance indicators such as service levels, order accuracy, worker productivity, and logistics cost per order to drive continuous improvement.
Manage warehouse teams and team leads to maintain strong motivation, productivity, and adherence to operational standards.
Serve as the primary operational contact for carrier partners, ensuring clear forecasts, timely issue resolution, and performance alignment.

What You’ll Bring

Proven operational expertise in warehouse or logistics management, ideally across multiple sites or countries.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop high-performing warehouse teams.
Data-driven mindset with confidence in working with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
Hands-on experience with warehouse process optimization, WMS implementation, and lean logistics practices.
Excellent communication skills in English and German, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
