Wat doe je precies in deze functie?

Vertalen van de operationele strategie

Organiseren, plannen, coördineren en controleren van de operaties binnen de Cargo-afdeling om de afgesproken servicelevels (SLA’s) en strategische doelstellingen te behalen en dit in nauw contact met de operationele managers van de verschillende diensten (office, ramp, warehouse)

Implementeren en opvolgen van veranderingsplannen en nieuwe procedures die de strategie en budgetdoelstellingen ondersteunen.

Continu verbeteren van processen om kwaliteit te verhogen en kosten te reduceren.

Medewerkers motiveren, coachen, evalueren en hun ontwikkeling stimuleren.

Aanwervingsnoden identificeren en opvolgen in samenwerking met HR.

Een open en transparante werksfeer stimuleren.

Continue optimalisatie van de dienstverlening

Zorgen voor efficiënte en duidelijke werkprocedures en een transparante organisatie.

Toezicht houden op KPI’s en SLA’s en proactieve maatregelen nemen om doelstellingen te behalen.

Veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer garanderen, inclusief naleving van milieuregels.

Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten en zorgen voor een hoog niveau van dienstverlening.

Nauwe samenwerking met General Manager, Station Manager en andere afdelingen om klantbelangen te behartigen.

Ondersteunen van General/Station Manager bij monitoring van resultaten ten opzichte van budget.

Acties ondernemen om afwijkingen weg te werken en financiële doelstellingen te behalen.
