Our client is a premium goods manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and operational discipline. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operational performance across production, supply flow, and day-to-day execution. This role is central to ensuring that the business delivers high standards efficiently, safely, and profitably.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, warehousing, and related support functions.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and output performance in line with business targets.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve service levels.
• Support capacity planning, scheduling, and operational resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operating standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes.
• Prepare operational reports for senior leadership.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations leadership within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of process optimization, planning, and performance management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in Spanish; English is an advantage.
