• управління командою з 10+ топових спеціалістів

• operations excellence: побудова та оптимізація процесів у operations heavy середовищі

• побудова фреймворку тестування гіпотез та масштабування успішних результатів

• архітектура процесів, функцій та організаційної структури

• бізнес-результат юніту

• цільові метрики, планування, прийняття рішень
