Location: Remote or On‑Site (Georgia/Alabama preferred)

What You’ll Do

Support our internal teams with Microsoft systems and tools

Manage help desk and IT support requests

Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related platforms

Provide rapid on‑site support to internal staff at client locations

Travel within a 4‑hour radius of Birmingham, AL

Assist with Power Platform solutions and Power BI reporting needs

What You Bring

Strong Microsoft expertise

Solid help desk/IT support background

Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Exposure to Power BI dashboards or reporting

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to travel to support internal field teams

A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
