Job Description

Superside is looking for a solutions-oriented Operations Insights Specialist to join our Performance Team and help deliver exceptional creative experiences. In this role, you’ll be part of a core function in the Talent department, responsible for tracking insights, reporting on customer sentiment, and continuously improving project processes.If you have a customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for insights, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


What You"ll Be Doing :
• Track and analyze customer sentiment and concerns across active accounts, surfacing clear insights for action.
• Monitor customer interactions and project signals to identify early risks and escalation points.
• Support the Performance team in improving delivery processes, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date insights tracking across your project portfolio.
• Identify patterns and best practices across Creative Project Managers and Creative teams.
• Build deep knowledge of Superside’s project workflows and act as a go-to resource for process-related questions.


What You'll Need To Succeed:
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy and quality.
• Clear, professional English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and trends in qualitative and quantitative data.
• Confidence using Google Sheets; comfort working in Slack and similar collaboration tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Previous experience in operations, performance, customer support, or service delivery is a plus.
