Job Title: Operations Executive - US Distribution
Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST (Monday - Friday) - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Role Overview:
Support daily operations for the US polymer distribution business, including order processing, ERP updates, logistics coordination, and basic financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Create Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
Manage order-to-cash cycle from entry to invoicing
Maintain and update ERP data (inventory, pricing, master data)
Ensure accuracy of all system transactions
Perform 3-way matching and process vendor invoices
Generate customer invoices (including freight and duties)
Coordinate with US warehouses and track shipments
Follow up on deliveries and resolve issues
Prepare shipping documents (BOL, Packing List, COA)
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations (chemicals/polymers preferred)
Experience with ERP systems
Good written and spoken English
Strong Excel skills
