Operations Executive (Contract)

What will you do:

• To assist on executing tasks assigned within turn around time.
• To provide viewpoint on enhancing the turn around time.
• To promptly report In case of any operational problems or deviation from standard operating procedures.
• To collaborate closely with essential parties, including those within the organization and external stakeholders, to guarantee timely delivery of projects or tasks.
• To proactively documents and updates progress of operational processes.
• To take the initiative to provide timely and constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements:
What are we looking for:

• Undergraduate in finance, accounting, or any related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to commit for 6 months or 1 year contract.

You will shine if you have:

• Experience in operations role (internship or part time)
• 1-2 years experience in operations role if not a fresh graduate
