So, what are the main responsibilities of the Operations Engineer in Netcompany? 

As an Operations Engineer, you will:

• Support the technical aspects of device configuration
• Manage Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments using Microsoft Intune
• Support client activities and business goals through Microsoft Intune device management
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and configurations
• Assist in implementing configuration changes
• Perform validation testing, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Diagnose incidents and problems, implement changes, write Change Requests, and obtain required approvals
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Create and maintain application packages published via Intune
• Contribute to defining standards for processes and technologies within Modern Workplace environments.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in endpoint management, focusing on Windows 10/11 device management using Microsoft Intune and/or Configuration Manager (1st & 2nd line support)
• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Server (2019+), including AD DS and Azure AD (Entra ID) environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 support, including Windows Update for Business patching and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience with implementation and support of mobile device management (iOS and optionally Android/macOS) through Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configuration and identity/security policies within cloud environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operations teams and project stakeholders while supporting client-facing environments and meeting deadlines.
• Any relevant certification - AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102 or related experience will be a plus. Knowledge of Citrix, Cloud Monitoring Toolsets, Android mobile management with Microsoft Intune, or MacOS Support including Patching, will be advantageous.
• Excellent English skills (written and oral).
