What are we looking for? :
We are seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team. We tackle complex logistics challenges while trying to simplify the lives of our customers; as an Account Manager you are at the centre of creating and developing solutions.
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll join a lean but mighty operations team who provide dedicated support to our portfolio of customers. Day to day, you will be responsible for tracking shipments for customers, pricing and quoting shipments, dispatching logistics service providers, and providing customers with a best-in-class customer experience. Transportation is a fast-paced environment; things change quickly in our world, so we look for individuals who thrive on customer success and love an opportunity to tackle problem solving...head-on!

What you will bring to this role: :
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the logistics or transportation industry. You understand the demands of our world and keeping things moving.
•
From logistics, you have learned you work very well in a fast-paced environment where work is time sensitive in nature
•
You are tenacious, you don’t give up when faced with a challenge, you thrive in seeing successful resolutions and outcomes
•
Good judgement and strong problem-solving skills
•
Experience in a customer facing role, your customers are important to you
•
Exceptional communication skills; you will build customer relationships and ensure customer needs are heard and delivered upon
•
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Work Location:

NALSI is headquartered in Bolton. Our DCHQ is based in Burlington, we have a strong in-person culture. Our office environment helps team members grow and thrive in a fast-moving industry. Our expectation is that this role will mostly be based out of Bolton, but with flexibility to travel to our other locations.
