Job Description

Operations Administration
 Support daily operational administrative tasks and documentation
 Maintain and update operational trackers, reports, and dashboards
 Ensure data accuracy across Google Sheets / Excel
 Assist with order processing, status updates, and exception tracking
 Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Control Tower Operations
 Monitor order flow, fulfilment, and delivery status
 Track SLA performance, missed cases, and pending breach risks
 Identify operational exceptions and escalate issues promptly
 Support daily control tower reporting and performance summaries
 Assist in coordination between operations, warehouse, and transport teams

General Support
 Perform data validation and basic analysis for reporting
 Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by the operations team
 Support audits, reconciliations, and operational reviews
 Assist with any other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Description:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in:
• Business Administration
• Supply Chain / Logistics
• Operations Management
• Information Systems / Data Analytics or related fields
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
