What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

• Communication & Inclusion: Own the end-to-end delivery of PH regional cadences and events, ensuring all working models — including overnight and shift-based teams — experience equitable engagement with company-wide programs.

• PH Leadership Support: Establish and sustain a high-functioning PH leadership operating rhythm, creating the connective tissue needed for aligned, effective site leadership.

• Regional Connective Tissue: Build the frameworks and relationships that bridge the PH site with global organisations, reducing coordination gaps for the many PH-based employees who report to managers outside the Philippines.

• PH Ops Connector: Act as the central connector across the local PH Ops team, fostering cohesion, shared knowledge, and strong cross-functional partnerships

• You bring experience in operations, program management, or a team-enabling role — ideally within a large, fast-paced, or multi-site environment.

• You have proven change management and communications experience, with the ability to design for diverse and distributed audiences.

• You’re a strong collaborator who builds trust across levels and functions, from site leadership to frontline teams.

• You have exceptional prioritisation skills and can manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.

• You’re detail-oriented with a drive for operational excellence and process efficiency.

• You’re a self-starter who takes initiative, works autonomously, and brings others along with you.
