Job Title: Operations Associate

Compensation: $42,000 - $48,500 per year.

About the Role:
The Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting recruitment, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. This position coordinates across internal teams, external partners, and providers to ensure efficient staffing processes, accurate scheduling, and clear, consistent communication throughout all stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Staffing & Recruitment Support
• Serve as primary liaison between vendor partners and contracted recruiters
• Submit qualified candidates and track progress through the hiring pipeline
• Monitor training, credentialing, and onboarding milestones
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the HRIS platform
• Track and report recruitment metrics
• Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates throughout the hiring process
• Distribute onboarding materials and ensure timely completion
• Notify vendor partner upon candidate’s completion of training and credentialing
• Assist with start date coordination and initial scheduling
• Support mentorship coordination for new providers
Scheduling & Provider Support
• Create, manage, and distribute monthly provider schedules
• Communicate availability changes to vendor partner in a timely manner
• Serve as primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries
• Ensure all schedule updates are accurate and clearly communicated
Administrative & Operational Support
• Maintain and update internal documentation, policies, and tools
• Manage data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation
• Serve as a point of contact for providers, staff, and external partners
• Provide general administrative and operational support
• Prepare and distribute new-hire welcome materials
• Coordinate regular reporting and insights to leadership
