Gnosis Business serves as the financial operating system for businesses with onchain treasuries. With Gnosis Business, teams now have a simple interface to manage their treasury, payments and accounting. 

We’re scaling fast, and we need someone sharp, reliable, and proactive to help us run a tight ship.

About the role
As an Operations Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Operations Lead to keep day-to-day operations organised, and running smoothly. This role is essential to ensuring that the team stays focused, supported and operating efficiently behind the scenes. 

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing general administrative and operational support to the Operations Lead on day-to-day and adhoc tasks

• Coordinating logistics, preparing documents, processing forms and maintaining accurate data records

• Supporting with external stakeholder management

• Maintaining internal trackers, databases and records to keep information organised and up to date

• Assisting with routine system administration and operational checklists

• Spotting broken workflows or inefficiencies and helping fix them

Who you are:
• 1 year experience in either ops, admin or startup support such as executive assistant roles

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Reliable, organised, and independent (Able to manage multiple tasks without micro-management)

• Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to dive into simple and complex tasks

• Strong communicator

• Not afraid to ask questions, learn new tools, or propose improvements

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, async-first startup

• Bonus: you’re Web3 curious and familiar with terms like wallets, tokens, stablecoins
