The Operations Assistant is an entry level, full time role supporting the day to day operations of a fast paced HR consulting firm. You will provide critical administrative support across HR, Marketing, Account Management, and General Ops to ensure our team stays organized and our clients receive seamless service.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, tech savvy, eager to learn, and comfortable working across multiple tools, projects, and priorities in a remote environment. Flexibility and a willingness to support different areas of the organization as needs evolve are key to success in this role.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Operational Excellence: You’ll keep our internal processes running smoothly by managing calendars, coordinating meeting logistics, and maintaining the spreadsheets and workflows that keep us on track.
Team & HR Support: You’ll act as a key point of contact for team logistics, assisting with everything from onboarding new hires to supporting our internal events and culture initiatives. Because you’ll handle sensitive HR records, maintaining strict confidentiality is a must.
Asset & Client Coordination: You’ll support our client-facing teams by maintaining CRM accuracy, organizing marketing assets, and ensuring our account managers have the documentation they need to succeed.
Systems, Records, & Billing: You’ll keep our business tools (CRM, HRIS, and timekeeping) up to date and accurate. You will also assist with basic billing tasks, like tracking expenses and preparing invoices.
