GL Limerick is looking for a full-time Operations Assistant to support our accommodation operations in Limerick. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on property sourcing, room management, and daily operational support.
Key responsibilities
Actively prospect new properties and accommodation opportunities
Contact landlords and support basic negotiations
Advertise and manage available rooms
Allocate rooms and manage occupancy
Handle resident check-ins and check-outs
Provide general administrative and office support
Support daily operational tasks
Be available for on-call duties when required
Profile we are looking for
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proactive, practical, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in accommodation, real estate, or operational roles
Functional English for daily communication
Legal right to work in Ireland
Work model
On-site role based in Limerick
Monday to Friday
On-call duties may include evenings or weekends
