Lippes Mathias is hiring a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the daily administrative and operational needs of our law firm. This role ensures smooth office functions and supports attorneys and staff in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office tasks, including stocking printers and maintaining the copy center.
Organize and maintain client files (physical and digital).
Handle incoming mail and general office errands.
Keep conference rooms and shared spaces clean and organized.
Set up and clean out workspaces for new and departing employees.
Assist with firm events and provide general administrative support.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted.
1–3 years in an administrative or operations role, ideally in a legal or professional setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ProLaw or iManage a plus.
Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
Must have a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Salary range depending on experience: $20-$23/hour
