Job Description
Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future
Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies produce rockets, satellites, jets, ships, and submarines up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America makes its most critical parts.
With Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, and the newly opened Factory 4 in Muscle Shoals, Alabama supporting U.S. Navy submarine programs, Hadrian is scaling a new model for American industrial power. Backed by T. Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, we are building the future of manufacturing in America.
The Role:
As an Operations Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders across operations and supply chain to support a business scaling across many factories. You will work with large-scale manufacturing data to deliver clear, actionable insights on margins, delivery performance, and production bottlenecks.
This role owns ad-hoc analysis, self-service reporting, and dashboard development. You will build and maintain scalable data models, support cost attribution and throughput reporting, and track delivery risk against production targets. You will also identify data quality issues and partner with Data Engineering to improve data reliability and pipeline performance.
This is a high-impact role open across experience levels, with opportunities to grow into data engineering or software-focused paths.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain SQL queries and data models to support reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators such as throughput, yield, and cycle time
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to deliver ad-hoc analysis and actionable insights
• Identify data quality issues, define requirements, and collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and automation
What We’re Looking For
• Strong SQL expertise, including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization techniques
• Experience working with modern data warehouses and understanding of scalable data storage concepts
• Ability to translate business problems into structured analytical approaches and communicate results clearly
• Self-directed mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities
What Will Set You Apart
• Experience with dbt, Python (pandas), or modern BI/dashboarding tools
• Background in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain analytics
• Familiarity with ERP, MES systems, or financial/cost modeling concepts
Compensation
For this role, the target salary range is $110,00 - $135,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
Benefits
• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees
• 401k
• Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.
• Flexible vacation policy
