About the team:We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Project Management and Operations (PMO) team at Web Summit.
PMO is part of event operations and is central to creating world-class attendee experiences on a global scale. Designers, event coordinators, producers, stage managers and many others work hand-in-hand to produce every element, from stages and exhibitions to live operations and attendee experience for all of our events.
What you will achieve::
• You will play a key role in driving process improvement projects and operational analytics.
• You will lead change initiatives by developing advanced automations and analytics solutions that offer real-time visibility into key metrics.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high data integrity, refine workflows, and support overall operational budgeting.

• You’re organised, able to manage multiple projects, schedules, and systems at once.
• You think analytically, solving problems and troubleshooting effectively.
• You communicate clearly, working well with different teams and departments.
• You pay attention to detail, keeping schedules and documentation accurate.
• You’re tech-savvy, confident with spreadsheets, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and have a basic understanding of SQL.
Skills we like to see::
• Good practical knowledge in project management tools, including creating, updating, and managing boards in Monday.com to support tracking and cross-team alignment.
• Be able to develop and manage automations between key platforms, such as Monday.com and Google Sheets.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and lead change initiatives to enhance team workflows and communication.
• Ability to assist in coordinating external contractors, particularly for onsite analytics and data collection.
• Ability to assist with operational budgeting, including creation, maintenance, and analysis of budgets.
