This is a full-time on-site role based in Tbilisi, Georgia, for an Operational Risk Officer. The role involves:

• Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks within the organization;
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements;
• Responsibilities include developing and enhancing risk management frameworks;
• Conducting regular risk assessments, overseeing implementation of mitigation plans;
• Preparing detailed reports for stakeholders;
• The successful candidate will also collaborate with various departments to improve operational processes and uphold high standards of governance.

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Risk Assessment and Management
• Proficiency in Operations Management and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic understanding or experience in Finance and regulatory environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines
• Experience in a financial institution or asset management company is an advantage
