Your mission:
We are looking for an Operational Purchaser who ensures the timely procurement and delivery of components, modules and materials for Sales, Service and Operations. In this role, you manage purchase orders within the conditions set by the Tactical/Strategic Purchaser, maintain the open order book, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams. You report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Your Mission:
•    Create and follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
•    Maintain daily communication with suppliers and resolve delivery issues.
•    Monitor inventory levels and take corrective action when needed.
•    Coordinate with QA on quality matters and manage outsourced supply flows.
•    Track supplier performance, address OTD issues, and support improvement initiatives.
•    Provide accurate updates to internal stakeholders and ensure proper documentation in the ERP system.
•    Support production planning as a back up when required.

Your Qualifications:
•    HBO / Associate degree level and knowledge of procurement or supply chain.
•    Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
•    Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
•    Training or certification such as NEVI 1 or APICS is a plus.
•    Good command of the English language.
