Job Description

Your mission::
• Independently manage operational procurement processes from purchase requisition to order placement
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure a smooth material flow
• Maintain and document all procurement activities in the ERP system
• Monitor delivery dates and ensure on-time material availability
• Review order confirmations and invoices and coordinate internal stock transfers
• Maintain material master data and support inventory processes

Your profile::
• Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training; additional qualifications are an advantage
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing
• Strong technical understanding
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications
• Well-organized, communicative, and assertive personality
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
