Job Description
We are looking for an Operational Marketing Manager to join our international Marketing Team.
Your Mission
In this role, you will support marketing activities across the entire Northwave Group, with a focus on the DACH region. You will help organise campaigns and events, create content, and ensure smooth marketing operations. Additionally, you will take ownership of projects such as Employer Branding and Internal Communications, working closely with HR and other teams to strengthen our brand and engage employees.
Your Responsibilities:
• Supporting the marketing team with daily tasks and international projects
• Coordinating marketing activities and maintaining materials for global use
• Assisting with online and offline campaigns, events, and fairs
• Creating content for internal channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, Slack)
• Collaborating with HR on employer branding initiatives
• Ensuring our marketing efforts are consistent across regions
You will be part of the Northwave Group Marketing team and work closely with colleagues in Germany and the Netherlands. Together with over 275 security enthusiasts, you help companies protect themselves against cyberattacks.
What can you expect from us?
Contract
First things first: you will receive a permanent employment contract with 30 days of holiday per year. You can organize your working hours flexibly in consultation with your colleagues and customers.
Development
What do you want to achieve and what support do you need? You will receive regular training and guidance to help you reach your professional goals. At Northwave, you can continue to grow.
Team
Respect and appreciation are important to us – both as professionals and as people. The best way to get to know your colleagues from the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, and Sweden is by joining one of our many activities, such as a trip to a theme park or a joint triathlon.
Equipment
You will receive a modern MacBook and iPhone. Our offices have height-adjustable desks – and our CEO loves to kit us out with cool merchandise 😄
Mobility
For your commute, you can choose between a Deutschlandticket or a JobRad – it’s up to you.
And what else...
No, the fruit basket in the office is not a benefit for us, but a matter of course – just like coffee, tea, and lemonade. Have you ever tried Dutch caramel waffles?
