Position Overview: We are
seeking a Mission Analyst with experience in supporting end-users with mission ready data and in initiating new relationships with potential customers. You will fuse, integrate, and exploit data from multiple sources to develop insights that customers can use for action, and provide reachback support for a range of efforts. This role will require adaptability, broad technical interest, proven track record, and a problem-solving mindset while maintaining a strategic view.

Responsibilities:
Act as the Intelligence Requirements Collections Manager for critical European relationships.
Support end-users and key customers in deriving actionable insights from Atreides data and mission systems.
Collect, validate, and aggregate open-source data and information including but not limited to, academic literature, geospatial data, media and applications, public data.
Serve as commercially available information (CAI / PAI) subject matter expert to multi-source teams.
Collaborate internally to develop new supplier relationships and data enrichment to improve Atreides product.
Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement and drive long-term account value.
Capture and synthesize feedback from prospective and existing customers, including user pain points, operational workflows, and customer requirements, and collaborate with Product and Analyst teams to shape product improvements.
Deliver clear briefings, demonstrations, and mission insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with government, defence, and security partners across Europe.
Support mission integration by working with customers and internal teams to ensure effective deployment and operational adoption.
Required Expertise:
Track record of delivering actionable data insights, semi-finished and finished intelligence products to customers.
Demonstrable experience in gathering and analysing information and data to solve complex problems and produce semi-finished and finished intelligence and reports (ie. requirements definition, collection management, operations research, modelling, threat analysis, logistics procurement, budget and finance, risk assessment).
Ability to craft and maintain standardised reporting processes, including but not limited to ICD standards.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across business relationships, technical deployment, and implementation.
Familiarity with secure communications, VPNs, and endpoint management solutions.
Ability to play and execute complex projects to completion, with project management skills and knowledge of subject matter concepts, practices, and procedures.
Understanding of operational cycles as well as the data, tools, and techniques used in each phase.
Strong communication skills and the demonstrable experience in briefing product to technical and non-technical audiences.
Candidate must be eligible and willing to attain minimum SC clearance
