Operational Finance Controller

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Operational Finance Controller to join our Accounting & Reporting organization. You will become part of the Operational Finance team and play a key role in securing high-quality financial data, supporting month-end closing activities, and strengthening our operational accounting processes across the Group.

The Operational Finance team is responsible for a wide range of key accounting processes including accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, and other related functions.

This is a hands-on specialist role, where you will work closely with colleagues across Finance, Operations, and other functions, contributing to reliable reporting, solid controls, and continuous process improvements in a dynamic and international environment.

Job Description

As an Operational Finance Controller, you will be responsible for operational accounting processes and for ensuring strong data quality across several key financial areas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure high-quality accounting data within key operational areas

• Support and execute key tasks in the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

• Perform reconciliations, controls, and analyses of assigned balance sheet and P&L areas

• Identify, investigate, and follow up on data quality issues, collaborating with operational teams to implement improvements

• Develop and maintain finance process documentation and support adherence to internal controls

• Assist with intercompany reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies

• Contribute to standardization, automation, and process improvement initiatives within Operational Finance
