We're looking for an Operational Excellence Analyst to join our Operations team and help drive continuous improvement across the business. You'll work closely with the Ops Excellence Manager to identify inefficiencies, coordinate improvement initiatives, and build the systems that enable Welcome to scale.

This is a hands-on role that combines analytical thinking with execution. You'll dig into data to find opportunities, design better processes, track initiatives to completion, and work across teams to make improvements stick. If you love making things work better and have a knack for getting things done, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities: Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across the business
• Design solutions: Document current processes, design improvements, and build business cases for change
• Drive delivery: Track improvement initiatives, coordinate with owners, and ensure things get done on time
• Build systems: Create dashboards, documentation, and playbooks that help the team operate more effectively
• Work cross-functionally: Partner with Destination Ops, Driver Supply, Support, and other teams on improvement projects
• Enable scale: Help automate manual processes and build the infrastructure for sustainable growth

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles
• Analytical mindset - being comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and you can learn SQL
• Process thinker - You naturally see how things could work better
• Strong communicator -You can work with diverse stakeholders and get alignment
• Ownership mentality. You take initiative and drive things to completion
• Comfortable with ambiguity, thriving in fast-moving environments
