As Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our local partner management teams. In your role you will be part of the PS Operational Excellence team focused on optimizing how our account managers operate and improving the overall partner experience.
You can be successful by putting the continuous development of our tools and systems center, working closely together with our business partners and product teams. You are driving global strategic system/tooling projects or projects where systems/tooling plays an important role. In this role you will collect and set business requirements, maintain, innovate and owns/supports most relevant global tools and systems for Local Partner Services.
As Operational Excellence Specialist you have a passion for driving change, innovating systems & processes while continuously delivering an excellent service. Your role would be to drive innovation on relevant tools and systems for Local Partner Services; identifying improvement to existing systems used in Local Partner Services, but also identifying with other relevant teams potential new systems or tooling to use or explore.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Data driven system optimization to drive efficiency, commercial growth & partner experience
• Identifying user and business needs by utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methods to improve the existing tools used within Local Partner Services
• Initiate and test improvements on existing & new tooling
• Collecting feedback from local & central teams, prioritize the issue and create user stories to escalate to the LPS Innovation product team
• Initiate & drive pilot programs to test new ways of working
• Being involved in formulating vision and strategy for the PS Systems team
Required skills
• A proven track record in Project management – coordination and ownership of projects, following them through from start to finish
• Ability to translate business needs into business opportunities which can be executed in small steps, and prioritize them according to business value and impact
• Able to work well independently and within a team
• Strong communication skills to build relationships across different departments
• Strategic thinking; able to balance long-term vision with short- and medium-term goals
• Experience with data analyses (e.g. MySQL/Hadoop)
