Operational Excellence Partner

Founded 2020 in Munich, we at Aily labs are a rapidly expanding start-up in the B2B SaaS area. We've already assembled a super innovative, smart and fun team of almost 320+ highly motivated employees around our offices in Munich, Barcelona, Madrid, Cluj and New York.    

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Partner to join the Organizational Excellence and Transformation Chapter, a team dedicated to driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and enabling cross-functional collaboration across the organization. This role is instrumental in supporting Domains and Platforms by implementing frameworks, tools, and best practices that enhance efficiency, foster innovation, and align with the company’s strategic goals for 2025.
 
A key differentiator for this position will be to have experience working with AI and Data teams, enabling these domains to achieve operational maturity and scalability.

Your profile:
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization• Implement and oversee tools, frameworks, and workflows to drive operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams, particularly between Technology, Product, AI, and Data.
• Leverage data and analytics to track performance, identify improvement opportunities, and measure the impact of initiatives.

Cross-Domain Collaboration• Foster collaboration across the different areas of the company to break silos and align teams around shared goals.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide operational support to enable AI and Data teams to integrate seamlessly with other areas, enhancing their impact on organizational outcomes.

Strategic Contribution• Contribute to the organizational transition toward operational excellence by supporting the adoption of innovative tools and frameworks, including AI-driven technologies.
• Align operational initiatives with long-term business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Bring specific expertise in supporting teams working with AI and Data, driving improvements tailored to fit and adapt the dynamic context of the company al all areas.

Team Development & Mentorship• Support team members in adopting best practices, tools, and frameworks to build autonomy and operational maturity.
• Mentor mid-level to senior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Technical Skills & Experience
 • Proven experience in operational excellence, process optimization, or similar roles (experience in AI and/or Data practices is a significant advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and operational tools for process optimization and workflow automation.
• Experience working with AI and Data teams, including operationalizing data workflows, AI-driven projects, or optimizing cross-functional processes involving these practices.

 
Soft Skills• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership capabilities to mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
