• Conduct regular audits and assessments of operations across business divisions.
• Monitor adherence to policies, standards, and procedures, identifying gaps and risks.
• Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks to drive efficiency and quality.
• Provide structured reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Track corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement is embedded across divisions.
• Support management in preparing for external audits and certifications.
• Champion a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field. Masters degree would be an added value.
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in operations audit, quality assurance, or performance management, in multinational environment.
• Experience in TIC or testing segment is a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to audit and evaluate operational processes objectively.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• High integrity and independence, with the ability to engage at senior management level.
