Objective

Under general direction, will develop, plan and lead Operational Excellence Model and Systems at Establishment Labs in conjunction with the leadership team will deploy training on ESTA Operational Excellence (OPEX) Model for the entire Operation population.

Responsible to trace the roadmap and strategic plan regarding Operational Excellence for the entire Operation organization.

Main Responsibilities

Report and Monitoring acts or unsafe conditions.
Propose, coordinate and implement Operational Excellence Model and Systems in the Operation organization.
Develop in conjunction with the leaders of the different operation departments the operating mechanisms.
Guide and mentor different operations teams of the organization on the use and application of Lean Six Sigma tools.
Lead and guide Problem Solving Thinking (PST) System.
Lead and guide Value Improvement Projects (VIPs) System.
Responsible to create the roadmap that the organization will follow regarding operational excellence culture.
Plan, lead and execute training to operations teams of the organization.
Guide, define, and track performance metrics.
Create and help with continuous improvement culture.
Perform any other activity that the Manufacturing Operations Director considers necessary

Technical Requirements:

University Degree in industrial Engineering.
Lean Six sigma green belt
Computer literacy is required, spread sheets, intermediate - advanced excel, power Bi
Intermediate English
2+ years of experience related to the area
