What you’ll do

As a Process Engineer, you’ll design, configure, and optimize production processes from inception through to start-up and certification. You’ll research and develop new equipment, draft technical project objectives, and prepare CAPEX or improvement project proposals.

You’ll also:

Oversee day-to-day production processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring malfunctions.

Lead or participate in CAPEX projects, manage installations and start-ups of new process equipment, and ensure successful completion within budget and timelines.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal and external standards.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to Own this role. Someone who is confident, credible, and able to lead from the front.

You’ll also need:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).

Proven experience in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of CAPEX project management and technical documentation.

Familiarity with HSSE standards and risk assessment methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
