ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Operational Excellence Engineer to join our team. Your mission will be to identify inefficiencies, design end-to-end solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams. You won't just be analyzing numbers; you will be the owner of project plans that directly impact our efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities:
• Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans with teams to improve business processes and functions,
• Providing solutions and developments according to operation and business needs by owning it end-to-end from design to implementation,
• Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports,
• Raise awareness and maintain the culture of continuous improvement,
• Having business judgement and good instincts while working closely with technology teams,
• Working as part of a data-oriented and multifunctional team.

Expected Qualifications:
• University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background,
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in business and operations development, project management (E-commerce logistics experience is a plus),
• Excellent level of written and spoken English,
• Passionate to work with multiple departments (e.g. tech, ops, finance, delivery, customer exp),
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, with strong cross-team coordination skills,
• Strong sense of analytical thinking, result-oriented and eager to learn,
• Knowledge on capacity planning, time studies, process improvement, kaizen philosophy, lean principles (6 Sigma experience is a plus),
• Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment,
• Excellent at Excel and SQL is a plus.
