McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations. is looking for an Operational Data QC Specialist to join our ever-growing team.

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data within operational systems.
• Monitor and control potential data discrepancies and anomalies.
• Perform data validation as part of the quality control process before data is utilized in business operations.
• Identify data issues and coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate their resolution.
• Execute and maintain strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to data management.
• Prepare and ensure the completeness and validity of BAST (Handover Certificate) documents prior to the invoicing process.
• Compile reports and provide actionable feedback for process and data quality improvements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/IT/Statistics or related field
• Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in data quality or another related field
• Strong attention to detail with a strict data accuracy mindset.
• Mandatory: Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of basic data validation and data cleaning processes.
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities, including the ability to perform simple Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Plus: Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination (Operations, Billing, Tech).
