Support our team as an Operational Buyer (m/f/d) and ensure a reliable supply for production and project operations.
What awaits you at Mynaric:
• Responsibility for the operational procurement of various technical materials and components in line with demand and internal requirements
• Independent creation, placement, and follow-up of purchase orders and purchasing transactions in the ERP system (SAP S/4HANA), ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Proactive communication with suppliers to clarify delivery dates, capacities, and deviations, including solution-oriented escalation management
• Continuous monitoring of delivery schedules and ensuring transparency towards internal stakeholders, even in the case of short-term changes
• Review and processing of incoming invoices and ensuring correct accounting handling
• Close collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse/Logistics, and Quality to ensure smooth and reliable material availability
• Support in request-for-quotation (RFQ) processes and quotation comparisons in close coordination with the purchasing team
• Maintenance of material, supplier, and pricing data in the ERP system, with a strong focus on high data quality
• Active contribution to supply reliability, quality, and cost transparency within operational purchasing
What you bring with you:
• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable degree (e.g. industrial clerk, industrial engineering, or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in (operational) purchasing, ideally within a technical or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of delivery schedules, lead times, and interdependencies within supply chains
• Highly independent, solution-oriented, and forward-thinking working style
• Cost-aware and proactive mindset, even under time pressure and in situations with short-term changes
• High level of proactivity and strong communication skills when working with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Confident use of ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA) and MS Office
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
