Operation Support Intern

• Gain hands-on experience in supporting commercial processes, optimizing logistics, and coordinating with external partners.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to prepare customer quotations with the most competitive pricing.
• Support the commercial team in creating Sales Orders (SO) while ensuring optimal pricing for customers.
• Identify and recommend the most efficient logistics options based on product quantity, supplier location, and customer destination.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and suppliers to ensure smooth operational flow and timely deliveries.

• Fresh graduate with a D4/S1 degree in any major; Business, Mathematics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a beginner level is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of basic to intermediate mathematical calculations and strong interest in working with numbers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in managing data and operational information.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced operational environment.
